CREAMED LETTUCE WITH DICED VEGETABLES

INGREDIENTS (for 4 people)

• 750 g lettuce
• 15 g butter
• ½ l milk
• 1.5 g Pronagar
• Salt
• White Pepper
• Parsley

For the diced vegetables:
• 1 red pepper
• 1 green pepper
• 1 onion
• 1 cucumber

PREPARATION:

1. Scald the greenest leaves of the lettuce in boiling water for 2 minutes. Once cooked, drain them in a colander.

2. Heat the milk and when it begins to boil, add the Pronagar, stir and boil for 2 minutes.

3. Liquefy all the ingredients together in a blender and then cool in the refrigerator.

4. Serve cold with the diced vegetables.
